Many people might not feel good eat maize by boiling or keeping it on fire. But maize contains oxidant which protects eyes from the harmful radiation of Sun. Similarly this helps old man to get relief from the vision problem and it also provides energy as well.


Tomato contains lycopene that prevents the sunburn. One of the research found that drinking juice 10 to 12 weeks regularly than this will prevent from harmful radiation. When you have dehydration than your mood doesn't get ok.

In summer water comes out through the urine and sweat so you need to eat the fruits that contains water especially Watermelon. Watermelon protects from harmful radiation of Sun and it contains less carbohydrate so there is no risk of getting fat. Not drinking much water in summer might cause dehydration. The nerves and cells should be active so water helps on this process so you need to drink maximum 3 liters water a day. Including curd on food daily is very good. This keeps the body cool as well as helps from dehydration.


Cucumber contains silica which on summer makes the skin healthy. It also contains fibers, potassium and magnesium as well and it also contains water which will stop from dehydration so you shouldn't forget to eat cucumber while having food daily.
