People who have oily skin usually also have big and visible pores. Also, they usually hate these pores and try to make them less visible and shrink them. There are numerous products on the market that tighten the skin and that reduce the appearance of the large pores, but these products are usually over the counter. The good news is that you can now prepare your own natural remedies in your own home and eliminate the problem.
Here is what you should do:
1. Water and Baking Soda: Mix two tablespoons of baking soda and two tablespoons of water and mix well. You will get a paste which you should then apply onto your face and let it dry for about fifteen minutes. Once the mask tightens, wash your face with cold water. Your face oily skin and visible pores will be reducing day by day.
2. Cucumber, Lemon and Rosewater: Peel a cucumber and crush its flesh. Then, add several drops of lemon juice and a teaspoon of rosewater to the cucumber to get a mixture. Next, take a clean cloth and put the mixture in it, fold the cloth and apply it to your face. After a while, wash your face with cool water.
3. Egg white and Lemon juice: You can make a natural face mask using a few drops of lemon juice and two egg whites. Once you make the mask, apply it on to your face and wait for several minutes until it dries. Then, wash your face with cold water. Not only will this mask help you tighten the pores on your skin, but it will also help you eliminate the dead skin cells and the oil from your skin.
4. Tomato and Lime juice: Make a mixture form a little tomato juice and 2-4 drops of lime juice. Take a cotton ball and soak it into the liquid mixture, and then apply the mixture to your face, letting it stay on for fifteen minutes. In the end, rinse your face with cold water. The acid from the lime and the tomatoes will help you remove the oil from your face because these ingredients have astringent properties. This treatment is also useful for tightening your skin and closing your pores.
5. Almond and Lime juice: Take several almonds and put them in a small container with water. Leave the almonds overnight so that they soak the water. The next morning, mash them and make an almond paste. Add a teaspoon of lime juice to the paste and apply it onto your face. After 30 minutes, wash your face with cold water.
6. Lemon and Pineapple Juice: Take a half lemon and squeeze the juice out of it. Then, add half a cup of pineapple juice to the lemon juice and mix well. Next, take a clean cloth and soak it in the mixture and place it on your face, letting it stay for five minutes. In the end, wash your face with cool water. Pineapple contains enzymes that help in skin cleansing and tightening. Moreover, it has even better effects when combined with the astringent effect of the acid in the lemon juice.

Fast food is far from healthy and a known contributor to the obesity epidemic. It's also pretty unappetizing when you find out what's inside. Health problems, obesity, food safety hazards and pink slime are just a few of the reasons you should skip that drive-thru and you know, eat a carrot instead. Check out the below reasons you should not eat regularly fast-food.
You've seen those horrible movies about how poorly animals are kept when they're being led to slaughter and they aren't showing you those heart-wrenching photos just for the ratings. Many of these factory-farmed animals are kept in such a small space that they are forced to stand in their own feces, have osteoporosis and joint pain because of their confinement, and some chickens get their beaks cut off so they don't go nuts and and attack one another because of the small corridors. To keep the animals from getting sick in these conditions, they are pumped full of antibiotics, which often end up in our food. That's not only making us want to eating fast food, it's making us want to be vegan.
According to the Matador Network, some fast foods chicken nuggets contains a chemical preservative called tertiary butylhydroquinone, which is derived from a petroleum. Yap, the stuff you put into your Car. That's not all either. Some chicken products are mechanically separated, which means those scraps that would normally go to waste are ending up in your nuggets. Plus, if you were even to study the ingredients in your favorite meals, you'd be shocked to see how many of them are chemical preservatives, artificial coloring, monosodium glutamate and more.
It doesn't take an expert to see that most fast-food chains don't use the highest quality of ingredients. You can tell by the rubbery patty, the wilted lettuce leaves and the extra-chewy chicken. They use the cheapest parts to make the products, so when you are eating your hamburger, you have no darn clue what part of the cow it came from or heck.
Sad to say, many of the employees hired on to do the cooking, food handling and prep don't have the necessary training or food safety education they need to do it right. Not their fault the companies often don't offer training because these restaurants have such a high turnover rate, On any given day, you could have someone preparing your hamburger who didn't wash their hands or who was playing with frozen raw meat right before they manhandled your bun. Save yourself the food poisoning.
It's called fast food for a reason, friends. Most of the meals you get aren't cooked with though or love; they actually aren't even cooked on a stove. Many are unwrapped from their frozen containers and thrown into a dirty microwave. This saves the managers the time and money it would take to teach the cooks how to prepare the food properly and not worry about cross-contamination. It saves their butts but doesn't make your look any prettier.

The upper part of the gorge is also called Thak Khola after the local Thakali people who became prosperous from trans-himalayan trade. The gorge separates major peaks Dhaulagiri (8167 m) to the west and Annapurna (8091 m) to the east. According to the difference between the river elevation and the peaks, this is the world deepest gorge. The river runs at elevations between 1300 and 2600 meters, 5500 to 6800 meters lower than the peaks. The river is older than the Himalayas. As tectonic activity forced the mountains higher, the river cut down through the uplift. The Kali Gandaki rises along the Tibet border and coincident Ganges-Brahmaputra divide and flows south through the ancient Mustang.
The gorge begins at Kagbeni where Himalayan ranges begin to close in. The river continues southwards past Jomsom, Marpha and Tukuche to the deepest part of the gorge in the area of lete. The gorge then broadens past Dana and Tatopani towards Beni. The Kali Gandaki gorge has been used as a trade route between India and Tibet for centuries. Today, it is part of a popular trekking route from Pokhara to Muktinath, part of the Annapurna Circuit. The gorge is within the Annapurna Conservation area.
Kanchenjunga Mountain
Kanchenjunga is the third highest mountain in the World (after Mount Everest and K2), with an elevation of 8,586 meters (28,169 ft). Kanchenjunga translated means 'The Five Treasures of Snows', as it contains five peaks, four of them over 8,450 meters, the treasures representing the five repositories of God, which are Gold, Silver, Gems, Grain and Holy books. Kanchenjunga is also called Sewalungma in the local Limbu Language and is considered sacred in the Kirant religion. Three of the five peaks (main, central and south) are on the border of North Sikkim district of Sikkim, India and Taplejung District of Nepal, While the other two are completely in Taplejung District.
Nepal is home to the Kanchenjunga Conservation Area Project run by the World Wildlife Fund, in association with HMG in Nepal, the sanctuary is also home to the Red Panda and other snow animals, birds and plants. India's side of Kanchenjunga also has a protected park area called the Kanchenjunga National Park. Until 1852, Kanchenjunga was assumed to be the highest Mountain in the World, but calculations made by the British Great Trigonometric Survey in 1849 came to the conclusion that Mount Everest (known as peak XV at the time) was the highest and Kanchenjunga the third highest. Kanchenjunga was first climbed on 25 May, 1955 by Joe Brown and George Band of a British expedition. The British expedition honored the belief of a Sikkimese, who hold the summit sacred by stopping a few feet short of the actual summit. Most successful summit parties since then have followed this tradition.
Tilicho Lake
Tilicho Lake is one of the highest lakes in the World. It is 4,949 m high in the Annapurna range of the Himalayas in Nepal. Another source lists Lake Tilicho as being 4,919 meters high (16,138 ft). Mountain lakes are known to geographers as tarns if they are caused by glacial activity. Tarns are found mostly in the upper reaches of the Himalaya, above 5,500 meters. Due to the extremely inhospitable surrounding terrain and the difficulties associated with reaching the area, this Lake is rarely visited by outsiders.

Plumbing is the system of pipes, drains, fittings, valves and fixtures installed for the distribution of potable water for drinking, heating and washing & waterborne waste removal. Plumbing also refers to a skilled trade which deals with installation and maintenance. The plumbing industry is a basic and substantial part of every developed economy. The word derives from Latin plumbum for lead, as the first effective pipes used in Roman era were lead pipes.
Plumbing often denotes the supply and waste system of an individual building, distinguishing it from water supply and sewage systems that serve a group of buildings.
The major categories of plumbing systems or subsystems are:
Galvanized Steel Pipe
Plumbing often denotes the supply and waste system of an individual building, distinguishing it from water supply and sewage systems that serve a group of buildings.
The major categories of plumbing systems or subsystems are:
- Potable cold and hot tap water supply.
- Plumbing drainage venting.
- Sewage system and septic systems with or without hot water heat recycling and graywater recovery and treatment systems.
- Rainwater, surface and subsurface water drainage.
- Fuel, Gas piping.
- Hydronics i.e. heating and cooling systems utilizing water to transport thermal energy, as in district heating systems.
Materials:
Water systems of ancient times relied on gravity for the supply of water, using pipes or channels usually made of clay, lead bamboo, wood or stone. Hollowed wooden logs wrapped in steel banding were use for plumbing pipes, particularly water mains. Today, most plumbing supply pipe is made out of steel, copper and plastic; most waste (also known as 'soil') out of steel, copper, plastic and cast iron.
The straight sections of plumbing systems are called 'pipes' or 'tubes'. A pipe is typically formed via casting or welding, whereas a tube is made through extrusion. Pipe normally has thicker walls and may be threaded or welded, while tubing is thinner-walled and requires special joining techniques such as brazing, compression fitting, crimping or for plastics, solvent welding.
Most using below materials for plumbing purpose:
Galvanized Steel Pipe
Copper Tubing Pipe
Plastic Pipe

Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) equipment perform heating and cooling for residential, commercial or industrial buildings. The HVAC system may also be responsible for providing fresh outdoor air to dilute interior airborne contaminants such as odors from occupants, volatile organic compounds (VOC's) emitted from interior furnishings, chemicals used for cleaning, etc. A properly designed system will provide a comfortable indoor environment year round when properly maintained.
How Does AC Work??
An air conditioner cools and dehumidifies the air as is passes over a cold coil surface. The indoor coil is an air-to-liquid heat exchanger with rows of tubes that pass the liquid through the coil. Finned surfaces connected to these tubes increase the overall surface area of the cold surface thereby increasing the heat transfer characteristics between the air passing over the coil and liquid passing through the coil. The type of liquid used depends on the system selected. Direct-expansion (DX) equipment uses refrigerant as the liquid medium. Chilled water (CW) can also be used as a liquid medium. When the required temperature of a chilled water system is near the freezing point of water, freeze protection is added in the form of glycols or salts. Regardless of the liquid medium used, the liquid is delivered to the cooling coil at a cold temperature.
In the case of direct expansion equipment, the air passing over the indoor cooling coil heats the cold liquid refrigerant. Heating the refrigerant causes boiling and transforms the refrigerant from a cold liquid to a warm gas. This warm gas (or vapor) is pumped from the cooling coil to the compressor through a copper tube (suction line to the compressor) where the warm gas is compressed. In some cases, an accumulator is placed between the cooling coil and the compressor to capture unused liquid refrigerant and ensures that only vapor enters the compressor. The compression process increases the pressure of the refrigerant vapor and significantly increases the temperature of the vapor. The compressor pumps the vapor through another heat exchanger (outdoor condenser) where heat is rejected and the hot gas is condensed to a warm high pressure liquid. This warm high pressure liquid is pumped through a smaller copper tube (liquid line) to a filter (or filter/dryer) and then on to an expansion device where the high pressure liquid is reduced to a cold, low pressure liquid. The cold liquid enters the indoor cooling coil and the process repeats.
As this liquid passes through the indoor cooling coil on the inside of the heat exchanger, two things happen to the air that passes over the coil's surface on the outside of the heat exchanger. The air's temperature is lowered (sensible cooling) and moisture in the air is removed (latent cooling) if the indoor air dew point is higher than the temperature of the coil's surface. The total cooling (capacity) of an AC system is the sum of the sensible and latent cooling. Many factors influence the cooling capacity of a DX air conditioner. Total cooling is inversely proportional to the outdoor temperature. As the outdoor temperature increases the total capacity is reduced. Air flow over the indoor cooling coil also affects the coil's capacity and is directly proportional to the total capacity of an AC system. As air flow increases, the total capacity also increases. At higher air flow rates the latent capacity of the cooling coil is reduced. Indoor temperature and humidity also affect the total capacity of the AC system. As indoor temperature increase, the sensible capacity also increases. Similarly, as indoor relative humidity increases the latent capacity of the AC system increases. Manufacture of AC equipment typically provide a "performance map" of specific equipment to show how total, sensible and latent capacity change with changing indoor and outdoor temperatures and humidity. Power consumption and energy efficiency are also provided in these charts.

A higher salary increase is still on the cards for some employees in the UAE next year, although the impact of falling oil prices can now be felt across the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region, according to a new report.
Based on a survey of 600 multinational companies and locally-run conglomerates in the GCC, Aon Hewitt has forecast salary adjustments in the UAE to average 5 per cent in 2016, higher than the 4.8 per cent forecast and actual increase implemented this year. "Clearly, the impact of lower oil prices can be felt across the region, with governments cutting back on subsidies, reducing spending......" - Aon Hewitt Tweet this.
Across the region, however a slowdown is expected, with increases forecast to average 5 percent, down from an anticipated 6 per cent in 2013, 5.5 per cent in 2014 and 5.1 per cent in 2015.
Aon Hewitt said that the recent moves to cut back on government subsidies and infrastructure spending, as well as the widely publicized plans to implement taxes, are putting pressure on profit margins and operating costs of companies.
The UAE has recently removed oil subsidies, causing pump prices to increase, amid concerns that falling fuel prices could hurt government finances. There have also been discussions about a proposal by the International Monetary Fund (IMF) to collect value-added tax on consumer goods and services.
Robert Richler, GCC compensation survey manager at Aon Hewitt Middle East, noted that the overall outlook for 2016 is not as rosy as recent years. 'But the news that employers are predicting salary increases in the 5 per cent range should come as a comfort to employees, suggesting that there is still optimism in the market,' Richter said.
Kuwait companies lead the region in highest level of salary increase at 5.2 per cent. The forecast, however, is slightly down from the 5.3 per cent predicted for 2015. Salaries in Kuwait rose by 4.7 per cent, on average, this year. Saudi Arabia comes second, with salary adjustments forecast to average 5.1 per cent, followed by UAE, Qatar and Oman, all at 5 per cent.
Workers in Bahrain are likely to receive the lowest salary increase at 4.7 per cent, down from the 4.5 per cent forecast for 2015.
